Polk County Reading Council is a newly formed organization led by professionals who are passionate about reading.  Currently we have 300 members; we'd love for you to join, too! 

How to Join:

Annual membership is $10. Make checks payable to Polk County Reading Council.

 

You may join at any meeting or send a check through the courier to: Priscilla Lee/ Lena Vista Elementary School, Rt. E

 

 Goals:

  • To promote quality literacy instruction
  • To advocate lifelong reading
  • To provide networking and collegiality
  • To develop and implement literacy projects to benefit the community
